Careers

All early years careers can offer the opportunity to significantly impact the development and wellbeing of young children, and a forest school setting enables you to have the unique experience of providing a hands-on, outdoor learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and connection with nature.

Often a welcome break from traditional classrooms, the forest provides a refreshing and stimulating work environment for us as educators.

Are you passionate about nature-based learning and holistic child development? Then we’re looking for you!

“The bond between children and nature is amazing - I love being an outdoor educator and exploring the opportunities for learning around nature, the forest, the beach and the children. No two days are the same at Footprints! We’ll be exploring, discovering, investigating. The possibilities are endless.”

“Footprints is amazing - I have such a personal philosophy with nature and how children should learn, working for Footprints on the Moon allows my own ethos and theirs to magically align. It’s a wonderful company to work for.”
